This warranty extends only to the purchaser at the time of sale.

What is Covered?

Draperies.com proudly backs our limited lifetime warranty on all products sold. This warranty covers the products to be free from any manufacturing defects that affect product function at the time of sale. All hardware products are backed with a lifetime warranty. Motorization products will be backed with a 5-year warranty.


What is Not Covered?

  • Draperies.com will not assume responsibility damage due to normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse or extraordinary use, exposure to salt air, insect damage, improper installation, use with unauthorized accessories, and cleaning or other maintenance.

  • All fabrics and woods will gradually lose color intensity after extended exposure to the sun.

  • Prolonged periods of direct sunlight may also cause plastics to become brittle and discolored.

  • Any color loss or slight differences in color between products due to manufacturing methods.

  • Batteries. Over time, batteries may lose the capability to hold a full charge.

  • Removal of products, replacement of products, or shipping costs for lost products.


For How Long?

The warranty coverage will be for as long as original purchaser owns the respective hardware or motorization product.


How Will We Correct Defects?

If a Draperies.com product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product, at our discretion, without charge. If the product is discontinued, we reserve the right to replace the defective item with the closest equivalent product.


Who is Responsible?

In the event we are replacing the defective goods, Draperies.com will not be liable for costs to remove or transport the product.

How to Claim Warranty Replacement?

To obtain service under warranty, the purchaser must return the product along with the original invoice/receipt to the dealer. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping and handling costs to transport the products back to a facility of our discretion. Any claims may be sent to our support team - info@draperies.com or (626) 471-9980. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.
