What’s Draperies.com refund/return policy?
Most Draperies.com products in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. All claims must be reported within 7 days after the shipment has been received. Products that are opened or damaged or do not have an invoice may be denied a refund or exchange. Returning merchandise must be in its original packaging. Claims that do not match the original reason for return or are non-defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as any postage and handling charges.
