General Responsibilities​

  • Answering and receiving calls as well as handling correspondence

  • Filing and providing an organized work environment for yourself and others

  • Typing and preparing reports 

  • Prioritizing workloads

  • Managing databases of clients and client orders

  • Taking and fulfilling online and phone orders

  • Arranging appointments 

  • Logging and processing payments

 

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Proficient in Quickbooks

  • Proficient in working with computers and changing technology

  • Able to organize and plan appointments

  • Able to communicate in Spanish at a conversation level 

  • Able to work in dedicated teams and solve problems efficiently in a timely manner 

  • Able to work efficiently in an fast pace office setting

  • Multitasking various duties

  • Attentive to detail

  • Flexible

  • Organizational and time management skills

Required Experience

  • Front desk or related work at least one year

  • Customer service experience

  • Shipping and Receiving (optional)

Required Education

  • Minimum high school degree
